  • Orders can be placed directly through dnbagro.in.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation by the Company.
  • Terrablend Agro reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary based on product type, order quantity, packaging requirements, or stock availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship products across India.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to international addresses through the website at this time for international orders please mail at terrablendagro@gmail.com

4. Shipping Methods & Logistics Partners

  • Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier and logistics service providers.
  • The choice of courier partner is at the sole discretion of Terrablend Agro to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Customers may receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
    • Product weight and dimensions
    • Delivery location (PIN code)
    • Shipping method
  • Applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before final order confirmation.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers, if available, will be communicated on the website.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

Terrablend Agro shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Packaging & Product Safety

  • All products are hygienically packed using food-grade, sealed packaging to ensure quality and safety.
  • Packaging sizes may include 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, or other sizes as specified on the product page.
  • Every shipment is packed to minimize damage during transit.

8. Delivery & Inspection

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, customers should:
    • Refuse delivery, or
    • Immediately inform the delivery personnel and notify us within 24 hours

9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including correct PIN code and contact number.
  • Terrablend Agro is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Any re-shipping charges arising from incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.

10. Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple consignments based on product availability.
  • Customers will be notified in case of partial shipments.

11. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the shipment, the courier may attempt re-delivery as per their policy.
  • Additional charges, if any, for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

12. Force Majeure

Terrablend Agro shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions.
