Terrablend Agro Food Processing Private Limited (“Terrablend Agro”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) sells dehydrated fruits and vegetable products through www.dnbagro.in. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated in this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and sealed
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is free from damage, contamination, or tampering

Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product seal is broken or packaging is opened
  • The product has been used, consumed, or altered
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • International orders

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund, or
  • Credit note (as applicable)

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Share reason for return along with product images
  4. Wait for return approval from our team

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping will be arranged or guided by Terrablend Agro after approval.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by the Company.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after successful inspection.
  • Terrablend Agro reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

9. Quality & Safety Commitment

  • All products are dehydrated, sealed, and packed under strict quality controls.
  • Shelf life and storage instructions are clearly mentioned on product pages.
  • Customers are advised to store products as instructed to maintain quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

Terrablend Agro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
